Some couples just have a way of making you smile from the moment you meet them, and Christine & Luke are absolutely those people. These two have become one of our favorite couples, and getting to be part of their wedding day was so incredibly special.

From the very beginning, it was easy to see just how much these two love each other. They are genuinely best friends, completely in love, and two of the kindest people you could ever hope to meet. The kind of couple who reminds you exactly why you love what you do.

There was also a little history behind this wedding! My associate and second photographer, Stephanie, actually had the pleasure of photographing Christine & Luke's proposal at Fire Island last year. She fell in love with them that day, so getting to see their story come full circle and photograph their wedding was extra special for both of us!

Christine spent the morning getting ready at the beautiful Northport Hotel, while Luke got ready at a nearby Airbnb. Once everyone was ready, we made our way to St. Philip Neri in Northport, where Christine & Luke exchanged vows and officially became husband and wife.

After the ceremony, it was time to celebrate! We headed over to Waters Edge, where the newlyweds got to enjoy an evening surrounded by their favorite people. Between the happy tears, the hugs, the laughter, and all the little moments in between, the entire day was filled with so much love.

One of my favorite things about wedding photography is getting to witness the relationships behind the celebrations. It's not just about the beautiful details or the big moments. It's about the way someone looks at their person, the friendships that surround them, and the feeling in the room when two people who are truly meant for each other finally get to celebrate their marriage.

Christine & Luke, thank you for allowing us to be part of your story, from that first proposal at Fire Island to your wedding day. You two are such special people, and we couldn't be happier for you. I hope married life is filled with just as much laughter, adventure, friendship, and love as the two of you bring into each other's lives every single day.

We love you guys and wish you a lifetime of happiness! ♡
