When we created Soul Sessions with @littlelovesphotographyny, the goal was simple: create couple sessions that feel personal, creative, and true to each relationship. We wanted to move away from overly posed photos and instead document experiences. Real laughs. Real connection. Real memories being made in real time.
Marianna & Cal completely embraced that idea.
From the second we arrived at the festival, the energy was nonstop fun. We spent the evening running from ride to ride, stopping to play carnival games, sharing festival food, and capturing all of the little in-between moments that make a relationship unique. The flashing carnival lights, the excitement of the rides, the chaos of the midway, and the way they naturally interacted together made this session feel cinematic in the best way.
One of the things I loved most about this session was how effortless it felt. There wasn’t pressure to “perform” for the camera. Instead, they got to simply enjoy being together while we documented the experience as it unfolded naturally. Those are always the moments that end up meaning the most.
That’s what Soul Sessions are all about. Not just photos… but creating something personal, creative & unique to your relationship.
