Planning a proposal is one of the most exciting (and nerve wracking) moments of your life. You’re creating a memory that will be talked about forever and I’m here to make sure it’s captured beautifully, authentically, and without added stress.

MY APPROACH:

My proposal photography style is centered around connection and emotion. I focus on capturing candid, unposed moments: the nerves, the joy, the surprise, and the love, exactly as they unfold.



With a light, natural, and timeless editing style, your images will feel just as real and meaningful 20 years from now as they do the moment you see them.

LOCATION TIPS:

  • Choose a place that feels meaningful or reflects your personalities
  • Beaches, parks, downtown areas, and estates all photograph beautifully
  • I’m always happy to recommend locations if you’re unsure

  • A planning call before your proposal to go over your vision, timeline, and priorities
  • Sneak peeks delivered within one week
  • Full gallery delivered within two weeks via a private online gallery

PROPOSAL PACKAGE:

Starting at $600

  • Initial consultation
  • Up to 45 minutes of coverage
  • All edited, unwatermarked images
  • One professional photographer
  • Location of your choice

Montauk, Fire Island & NYC: $750

*prices do not include parking, ferry or any other transportation fees*

BOOKING PROCESS:

We’ll schedule a video call or meet at a local coffee shop near Ronkonkoma to talk through your ideas, vision, and make sure we’re the perfect fit.


Secure Your Date

Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your contract and a $50 non-refundable retainer to officially reserve your date.


Weekend sunset sessions from July-November, require a $300 retainer to reserve the date. The full $300 is applied toward your session balance. As with all sessions, retainers are non-refundable. The difference with weekend sunset sessions is that if you choose to cancel or reschedule, $150 of the retainer becomes non-transferable and is forfeited. The remaining $150 can be applied to a future date. If weather ends up being an issue or I need to cancel for any reason, your full retainer would of course be transferred to the new date.

I’ll help you finalize timing, location details, and photo priorities so you feel confident and prepared.


Let the Magic Happen

On the day of your proposal, all you need to do is focus on the moment. I’ll take care of capturing it all.

WEATHER & RESCHEDULING:

If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable (heavy rain, strong winds, storms), we will reschedule. Overcast days are beautiful and photograph wonderfully, so cloudy skies alone are not a reason to reschedule.

FINAL PAYMENTS:

Final Payments are due on the day of the session. Payment can be submitted through Cash (preferred), Venmo, Zelle or check. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% fee.

IMAGE DELIVERY:

 

You can expect your final gallery within 2 weeks. Your gallery will include a curated selection of the best images from your session, edited in my signature style.

TIPS & TRICKS:

  • Save my number in your phone under a name that won’t raise suspicion. The last thing you want is to get caught texting a “random photographer.”
  • Before heading to the proposal location, send me a quick text with what you’re wearing or a recent photo of the two of you so I know exactly who to look for.
  • Sharing your location with me either through iMessage or WhatsApp.
  • If you’re unsure about timing, lighting, or location, don’t worry. That’s what I’m here for.
